Natasha G. Garfield
After graduating from Northwestern University School of Law, Ms. Garfield returned to her home state of Colorado to serve as law clerk to District Court Judge Kenneth Barnhill in Jefferson County. She then served as an assistant city attorney in Lakewood, Colorado for the Lakewood City Attorney's Office before joining the Jefferson County District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors, trying over 25 jury trials.
Outside the courtroom, Ms. Garfield conducted trainings for the Colorado District Attorneys Council and Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
An exceptional writer, Ms. Garfield's focus at Kresl & Johnson is in the firm's motion and appellate practice.

Community involvement
Ms. Garfield has served since 2004 as a member of the Board of Directors of the Allied Jewish Apartments, a residential community serving low-income seniors in Denver. She is the chair-elect of the Parent Committee of Stanley British Primary School.
